Will Signers - Notary Services

We offer mobile notary services for those who need documents notarized at their location. 

Our notary public and witness will come to you and perform the notarization services needed.

Specific information about your document needs is required to arrange this service. Please contact us for more information.  

Additional travel fee applies to all mobile services.

For certain documents, such as a Last Will and Testament and Powers of Attorney, we offer online signing services.

This services is limited to specific documents.  Please note that out-of-province real estate documents CANNOT be signed online and must be done in person.

Wills and Powers of Attorney may be signed using this service.

Other documents must be confirmed by your recipient that online commissioning will be accepted.  Please note that online commissioning DOES NOT include the notary public embossed seal.

For Wills and Powers of Attorney:

1. Scanned copies of your ID must be provided prior to the appointment (front and back for card ID such as driver's licence)

2. An electronic copy of your document(s) must be provided prior to the appointment

3. The Testator/Grantor (person signing) must be able to attend the appointment virtually

4. The Testator/Grantor must be able to attend the appointment without anyone else in the room.  It is permissible to have someone help set up the call, but they must leave the room before the signing of the documents can begin

5. The Testator/Grantor must have a printed hard copy of their document(s) and it must be identical to the documents with the commissioner and witness

6. For documents commissioned online, one affidavit of execution will be provided for the witness and one declaration from the commissioner will be provided, as it is a requirement of this process that one of the witnesses is a licensee of the Law Society of Ontario
